In response to Thailand Red Bull's high requirements for pure, non-flecked materials, Gahumi quickly selected high-quality suppliers to urgently procure qualified fabrics, ensuring the quality of raw materials at the source. Facing the contradiction between high material shrinkage, large product size, and strict dimension requirements, the production team optimized printing and sewing processes, ensuring controllable dimensional errors of finished products through precise layout and alignment calibration.
To meet the requirements of individual OPP bag packaging and gross weight per carton, the quality control team tracked the packaging process throughout and formulated standardized packing procedures. Only 2 sampling tests were needed to accurately match customer needs, saving valuable time for mass production.
